Alex is an integral part of the Customer Success Team and leads the transformation of the strategy implementation process for our customers so that they can successfully use the Workpath software. Alex has already gained experience in strategy implementation and transformation in his previous positions in various strategy departments and in management consulting and is now using this experience to further develop the Workpath platform. For Alex, the most important thing is to create a good customer experience, which is why he works hard for our customers every day, both internally and externally. He also refers to the OKR process as managing customer value, so it seems no surprise why he ended up at Workpath.
