This shift has led to greater clarity on priorities, better team alignment and a more efficient strategy execution.
With the introduction of Workpath, we have noticed that the commitment of the teams has increased significantly again, people have looked at their OKRs more regularly and we have been able to see that our goal achievement has improved by around 54%.
